Dr Lai Juen Bin is an MOH accredited Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon.
He received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2000 during which he received numerous awards (Dean’s List, Singapore Dental Association Bronze Medal, Gold Medal for Best in Clinical Dentistry). Thereafter, he completed a Masters of Dental Surgery in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and obtained Fellowships of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and Academy of Medicine, Singapore.
Prior to his transition to private practice, Dr Lai Juen Bin was a senior consultant and clinical assistant professor in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, National Dental Centre Singapore where he was involved in postgraduate OMS training. He was awarded by the Ministry of Health, Singapore for Advanced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training in the US and was made Adjunct Professor at the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, University of Alabama, Birmingham, USA in 2008-2009.
He was the head of department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Changi General Hospital from 2013 to 2020. He was also the director, Dental Service CGH clinical service of SingHealth, Duke-NUS, ORH-ACP from 2013 to 2020 and was instrumental in the development of the NDCS Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic @ Changi General Hospital. He was the core member of the multi-specialty integrated facial reconstruction service and obstructive sleep service workgroup in Changi General Hospital. Dr Lai sat in the National Dental Specialist Accreditation Board for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 2014-2016.

Dr Lee is a Specialist Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon at A.D.S Clinic. He was previously a Consultant with Singapore General Hospital, Changi General Hospital and National Dental Centre. Dr Lee obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2011 and he went on to pursue further training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2013. He completed his Masters of Dental Surgery in 2016 from NUS and began his advanced specialist training in National Dental Centre Singapore. In 2018, Dr Lee completed his advanced specialist training and was successfully accredited with the Dental Specialist Board. He is a certified specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr Tang is a Specialist Consultant and Chief Dental Director at A.D.S Clinic. She was previously an Orthodontic Consultant with Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Visiting Consultant to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. She is registered with the Singapore Dental Council as a Dental Specialist in Orthodontics. Dr Tang graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2005 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). While in university, she held key positions in the Asia Pacific Dental Student Association and the Dental Society. She represented Singapore at the 32nd APDSA Scientific Research Competition and her research subsequently won the first prize at the International Dental Exhibition and Meeting (IDEM) Research Poster Competition in 2006.
Dr Tang was awarded a scholarship by Tan Tock Seng Hospital to pursue her interest in Orthodontics, and she graduated with a Master of Dental Surgery (Orthodontics) and a Diploma of Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, United Kingdom. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Singapore. Her research interests in 3-conebeam computed tomography was presented at numerous international conferences in Asia, Europe and United States of America.
Dr Tang is a member of the Association of Orthodontists, Singapore (AOS) and is currently serving on the committee as a council member and Chairperson of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) committee for fellow orthodontists. Her other professional memberships include The World Federation of Orthodontists(WFO), Singapore Dental Association (SDA) and Association of Women Doctors, Singapore. She holds a key position in SDA as a council member and is actively involved in several sub-committees, of which she is the convener of the internal audit sub-committee.
Dr Tang has a keen interest in Aesthetic Orthodontics and is certified as an Invisalign® Provider. She is also certified in the highly precise Incognito™ Lingual Orthodontic System and Simpliclear®. Her clinical work focuses on conventional(metal and ceramic) Braces treatment, Invisalign™, Clear Aligner™, Incognito™ Lingual orthodontics, Simpliclear®, Damon® Self Ligating System, growth modification and orthodontic-orthognathic surgical management of facial discrepancies. She is one of the lead doctors for Simpliclear®.

Dr Pang is the founder and chief director of A.D.S Clinic, a leading cosmetic surgery and dental specialist center which employs a team of internationally trained specialists and surgeons with over 30 years of combined experience in aesthetic and dental private practice. His practice utilizes the latest advances in cosmetic and dental technologies which are virtually painless, incision-less, and can be performed in less than an hour without any downtime.
Dr Pang is a Raffles College graduate who obtained a perfect score of 10 A1s in the GCE O-Level examinations, followed by 4 As in the GCE A-Level examinations and full distinctions in the Scholarship-level (S-Paper) examinations. He subsequently graduated from the National University of Singapore with a bachelors in medicine and surgery, and obtained his first post-graduate degree in surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, followed by a second postgraduate diploma in dermatology from Cardiff University. Dr Pang is also a Board-certified diplomate of the American Academy of
Aesthetic Medicine, and has attained certification in cosmetic lasers, intense pulsed light, chemical peels, Botox® and filler Injections which are recognized by the Singapore Medical Council's Aesthetic Practice Oversight Committee. He has made publications in various leading international journals, regularly attends local and international conferences, and sits on the editorial boards of several scientific journals.
Dr Pang is a regular invited key speaker who lectures at both local and regional facial aesthetic courses. He has made numerous media appearances in magazine and newspaper articles, radio interviews and beauty blogs. Dr Pang also supports charity events and organizations such as Lions Home for the Elders and Club Rainbow, which cares for critically ill children. In 2008 he received the Singapore Civil Defence Force Overseas Service Medal for leading the medical rescue team during the Sichuan earthquake.
